NOTE, May 23, 2002
From Tom Tobey

The response from everyone has been awesome in preparation for the 40th. We are going to have a great return rate. You must be getting tired of all the reminders and emails, but for the most part that seems to have made the difference.

We are on the homestretch with some late returns still coming in. Just received word today that Frank Bond will be coming from Santa Fe. Frank is not alone in this reunion being his first and only return to the school in 40 years. It will be great to welcome him and you back.

I'm afraid that John and I have taken this reunion task quite seriously this year. We are proud of the fact that the class has responded. At the moment, we are not only leading the pack for the class with the most members returning, but also are just ahead for the greatest percentage of the class in annual giving. All we ask is that you give something; $40 to represent your reunion year would be a nice gesture. Today we passed the 60% mark. The school needs to receive your gift before reunion for it to count toward this fiscal year's numbers. Keep it going. And most of all, thanks.

Remember the deadline for the bios is June 4 in order to make it to the printer in time. If you haven't read them, they are an incredible collection of stories of how your lives have unfolded.

Most of all, Thank you

Tom
